Ordering
Below is everything you need to know about ordering from Galleria Beads including Payment Options. If you have questions during the ordering process that are not answered below, don't hesitate to contact us.
There are 3 ways you can order at Galleria Beads:
- You can order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- You can order by phone between the hours of 8 AM - 10 PM EST by calling (888) 876-0784.
- You can print our Mail Order Form and mail your payment to us via postal mail.
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days of receipt.
Prior to major holidays like Mother's Day and Christmas, orders can take up to 10 business days to ship so please see our Holiday Delivery policy for deadlines. If you are worried about whether your product will arrive on time, please don't hesitate to ask for a projected shipping date.
The business day ends at 5 pm, so orders received after 5 pm EST will be considered received the NEXT business day. If you are in a hurry to receive your item, please
contact us. If it is possible to get your items out to you faster, we will.
Your beads will arrive in individual ziplock bags.

Credit/Debit Cards - Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted through our secure online payment system.
Your credit card information is secure at Galleria Beads. We use Authorize.net to process our internet orders. Your credit card information is never transmitted to us, so we can't store it, therefore nobody can break in and take it - from our office or our website. Shop safely with Galleria Beads.
