We now offer FREE First Class shipping on all orders over $25 within the continental US!

Shipping

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days of receipt. Prior to Mother's Day and Christmas, orders can take up to 10 business days to ship so please see our Holiday Delivery policy for deadlines.  If you are worried about whether your supplies will arrive on time, please don't hesitate to ask for a projected shipping date.

There are several shipping options available:

• USPS First Class - Domestic - $3 (FREE for orders over $25)
• USPS Priority Mail - Domestic - $5
• UPS Ground - Domestic - $7
• UPS Next Day - Domestic - $30
• USPS Registered First Class - $16

International
For orders going outside the US, we offer USPS Registered First Class for $16.  It is not possible to insure packages to most international destinations, so insurance is not provided. 

We are not responsible for customs taxes that may be incurred outside the USA.

The business day ends at 5 pm, so orders received after 5 pm EST will be considered received the NEXT business day.  If you are in a hurry to receive your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us.  If it is possible to get your items out to you faster, we will.
 

Returns

We strive to provide the finest quality possible, and we want 100% satisfied customers. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within the first 30 days and we will either fix it or refund your money.   If the mistake was ours, we will even reimburse the cost of shipping  back to us.

Items returned to us must be in their original condition and packaging. You must include a copy of the invoice with the return.  Please send your returns in their original packaging with a copy of the invoice to:

For your protection, please send your return items in a rigid cardboard box or bubble-padded envelope.  We recommend that you insure your package. We are not responsible for product returns that arrive to us damaged, and will not credit you for these items. Items returned to us in a standard unpadded envelope are almost certain to be damaged by the postal service.  Please allow up to two weeks for repaired/restrung items to be returned.
